		<description>We need a handful of people for 3D and 2D art for Tiberian Eclipse for Unreal Tournament 3. Tiberian Eclipse is a mod based on C&amp;C&#39;s: Tiberian Sun.

3D&#45;&#45;&#45;&#45;&#45;&#45;&#45;&#45;&#45;
Need to be able to follow the CnC style that we have developed so far and make the units from Tiberian Sun accurately.
&#45;Develop mid&#45;high polycount models
&#45;Make clean models without a lot of wasted poly&#39;s
&#45;Some creativity with developing the units and content is acceptable, but prefer to stick to the theme of the franchise
&#45;Be able to take criticism on work in an acceptable manner
&#45;Be willing to work with a team
&#45;Be willing to develop at least a few models per month; preferably more
&#45;Unwrapping experience is a plus
&#45;Texturing is a plus
&#45;High poly models for normal maps are a huge plus

2D&#45;&#45;&#45;&#45;&#45;&#45;&#45;&#45;&#45;
Texture artists will need to develop textures that go along with the theme of each faction, make sense and are readable, and fit the mesh in a realistic tone
&#45;Develop 2048x2048 max textures
&#45;Create realistic looking textures that are coherent and readable on the mess without blending into each other
&#45;Create consistent texture quality and keeping together with the same theme for each faction
&#45;Be able to take criticism on your work in an acceptable manner
&#45;Be willing to develop a couple textures per month; preferable as many as possible
&#45;Being able to unwrap models is a huge plus (knowing where everything is laid out really helps in this process)
&#45;Developing normal maps is a huge plus
&#45;Developing specular maps is also a plus</description>
