To get a fresh server list, you need to restart Freelancer. Also, this Workaround patches Freelancer.exe to query an alternative global list server. For compatability reasons with other mods, this Workaround overwrites the hostname address setting in the memory. Changes to the listserver hostname entry in freelancer.ini will therefore be ignored. Both, the Global List Server hostname and the serverlist URL can be changed in gls_workaround.ini, which is located in the Freelancer/EXE folder.
