		<description>Underwater Dwarven house with Dwemer companion.

One (twin) bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/dining room, living room and display hall to a new area beneath Balmora. Entry is by way of a
&#39;submarine&#39; accessible via a cavern through a trap door underneath the bridge nearest the silt strider. The house is in the Dwemer style, and sleeps 3 including hammock.

I enjoyed the mods &#39;Dwemer Sub House&#39; and &#39;Balmora Underwater House&#39;, but after 
playing Bioshock I had an idea for a mod that would somehow combine the two.

I wanted to feel like I was underwater with a view to a watery city &#45; like in Bioshock &#45;
and I also wanted a robot companion that I could reprogram. </description>

		<description>This is a redesign of the Wolverine House mod I released back in early 2005.
The three bedrooms now have themes &#45; the Fae Room is &#39;fairytale&#39;, with the room almost overtaken by nature.
The Deep Room is a tribute to the owner&#39;s Dwemer obsession, with Dwarven prints on the walls, antique metal furniture and a warm, earthy vibe to the room.
The Ocean Room is a mermaid&#39;s paradise, where not only Argonians can naturally breathe underwater. 
Sleep in the cool smooth comfort of a clam shell and watch the water ripple overhead.
The Lounge comes with its own miniature Dwemer cyborg pet, and a stunning view over the Zafirbel Bay.
Don&#39;t worry about the treasures on display &#45; some are replicas, and others rusted beyond use, so there are few &quot;cheats&quot; in this dwelling.

Speak to Divath Llervu at Fara&#39;s Hole in the Wall in Sadrith Mora. He will sell you the house for 10,000 gold. Please retain the key &#45; you&#39;ll need it to get into the house, just as you would in real life!</description>

Adds ~3 times more clothing than vanilla Morrowind contained, as well as a significantly more complete Oxide Oasis and 2 quests within that town. Allows the player to join the Hesh Syndicate faction.
Also continues the addition of unique dialogue for every NPC (so far only one or two use dialogue that is not filtered for their ID only). Begins to add local tags for more unique characters (allowing for insanity, addiction, and similar effects).</description>

		<description>This mod adds a cave house just out side of Balmora, located right next to the siltstrider. This house is fit for a king, lots of eye candy, new NPCs which can train and sell many items.  Large display room with lots of storage containers, some goodies but not as much as Cave House.  There is a recall ring to get you back home easily as well.
There is no story around the house, but there is a small quest to obtain the key which unlocks the door to the private quarters. I am no scripter so the quest is a &quot;search for clues&quot; kind of mod.
