I actually created this a year or two ago, but since it doesn't look like I'll ever be resuming work on it, I'm releasing it in case anyone wants a slightly cleaner look to the interface, or is just a fan of Homeworld. Future iterations, should there be any, will provide a complete skin of all facets of the interface, not limited to in-game command boxes. Note - This is a self-loading .exe created with the program MPQDraft. Due to the way the program works, some anti viruses will label it as a trojan because of the way the program handles Starcraft memory.
