But the UNSA has always been shrouded in secrecy to stay one step ahead of other private space exploration manufacturers. Their most secret base of development and storage, E-37 on Europa has been kept under wraps for a number of years. What goes on there is anyone’s guess. However, UNSA has recently lost contact with this base for an unknown reason. Only one communication has reached Earth from the frozen moon of Jupiter, a frantic transmission by a bloodied personnel begging for help. His call for help was cut short by an unknown entity. You are an elite private task force commander and have been sent to Europa to find out what has happened to this fabled base. With experience in many major battles and private operations, both on planet and off, you are the most qualified individual UNSA has to offer. Little do you know, just how wrong this mission may go, and how it just may be your last. Currently I'm working on V7, in which I hope to include new animations and models. I don't need you to be able to create models from scratch, but I do want someone who is adept at editing/creting .nif and .kf files. Obviously, you need a copy of Fallout 3 to qualify. Some ideas I have lined up are: New animations for ironsights, reloading, pain animations (for NPC's on fire). Modified .nif models which I will use to create new items. For example, I am planning a weapon modification system, that means I need someone who can take the silencer off the Silenced 10mm Pistol and put it on an Assault Rifle. I also have some ideas for new apparel, such as a bandoleer. I will put everything together and deal with the scripting side of things. There won't be any payment, but you will get full credit and access to the early versions of the mod while everyone else has to wait for the finished version. Also, it may look good on a resume. Successful applicants must be able to draw in 2d to a high detail. This may be freehand or drawing tablet, but must be able to convert these readily into a PC based format (JPEG/TGA/PNG etc). Successful applicants will be working as part of a small but focused team. Will have to work to tight deadlines but maintain high level of work. Successful applicants must be able to take verbal designs from Concept Designer and MOD Leaders and convert into a suitable design, taking account of modelling/animation/texture difficulties and limitations. There's a large area between people who are good with texture art/skinning and people who are good with, say, GUI development. We're looking for the texture artist/skinner kind. Basically, if you can provide a portfolio that we feel is sufficient, there aren't any other real requirements to list. Knowledge of Source is preferred, but not required, as it's fairly easy to learn for an artist. You also need to own a Valve game that comes with Source SDK Base, so you can actually download and run our mod and it's dev build.
