It takes place in the year(s) before the Radion Wars, the same conflicts which left the United Barrier Alliance's Empire in a state of inevitable collapse in the Morrowind mod. This mod will be based on either the Unreal 3 or the Fallout 3 engines, and subsequently should be available for both PC and PS3 players .
