		<description>I think mods are a great because if you finish the game and your bored out of your skin, then mods are perfect. Its like playing another game. If anyone can tell me programs to make mods for games, then that would be great. I play games like World in Conflict and Sim City (they are very great titles) and a whole lot of other games. I hope to add mods in the near future if not now. Please, if&nbsp;you have any mod software you would like to share, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.</description>
