I am a huge fan of both the mods but both are very different. I'm not sure which one I prefer but i like the way WoA has minifactions and I like the potential of the mod. RJ-RotWK is another very good mod, I like the way that Rob and the team have done the Elves (Split into 3 factions and selected from an unbuilt fortress at the start of the game) and they have done the same with the Men of the East (Harad and Rhun).
