Players play as Chase, a ridiculous, egg-laying, male chicken, running through a small town, avoiding not only the natural hazards but also the inhabitants. As the player runs by citizens in the game, those characters will turn and join in on the pursuit of Chase. The overall goal for the player is to continuously evade the relentless hunt and survive to a bi-plane on an airstrip at the south end of town. Chase the Chicken is aimed at a younger audience but the fun-loving atmosphere of the game attracts an older group as well.
