Mostly its an update for the Keeper AI. They now have a tech tree and build everything from AttackDroids to Dreadnaughts. The super ships such as the Dreadnaught and Heavydestroyer take a long time to build though so you'll need to get numbers up on them. For the Higgy you now have a Standoff Bomber and a Multigun Corvette. The Vagar now have a Sniper Corvette and a Swarmer fleet. I balanced out the Assult Mover and the Attack Droid, the mover is now a very effective anti fighter unit and the fighter is about as powerfull as the rest of the interseptors.
